Description of AVANCER HAYASENUKI 70M・J, 90・J

A long shot and ultra-short scale model exclusive for Ayu fishing, which is introduced for the first time in the class to capture in unexplored fields. "Tough & Power" concept made possible by the latest rod technology DAIWA TECHNOLOGY ■ Nanoplus Toray Industries, Inc. Nanoalloy® Technology achieves high-performance and high-functionality resin by special technology that mixes multiple types of resin playing the role of adhesive agent that organizes carbon fiber in a nanometer order. The adaptive material was optimized for each model by Daiwa's unique design and manufacturing method, making it possible to further increase the strength and weight of the rod blank. [Structure comparison of PBT / PC Nanoalloy®] Nanoalloy® is a technology that mixes resin (micron size), which is an adhesive that connects carbon fibers together, into a nanosize (1 / 1000th of a micron) much finer than usual. As a result, the resin can be made more elastic and tougher, and the bending strength as a composite is improved. As a result, it is possible to make a rod that has both strength and lightness. ■ Super SVF Nanoplus Carbon In the carbon sheet that mostly affects the rod performance, Daiwa pays attention to the function improvement to the resin amount that plays the role of an adhesive that assembles the carbon fibers, as well as increasing the elasticity of the fibers themselves. By reducing the amount of resin, which can be excessive, and increasing the density of carbon fibers that make up muscle, we are developing a stronger, lighter and thinner rod. "Super SVF" is an ultra-high density carbon that achieves lightness and power at a high level and demonstrates overwhelming performance by reducing the amount of resin more than SVF. ■ X45 The winding angle of the carbon fiber, with respect to the rod tip, is from 0° to 45° to 90° respectively, and has maximum elasticity against bending, sliding and twisting. In the case of an intermediate angle as in the other X structures, the respective elasticity is low, which causes power loss. Also, in order to exert the same power as the "X45" at an intermediate angle, considerable weight increase is required. The X45, which uses the highest elastic modulus in 3 different angles, is the optimal structure to improve power, operability and sensitivity by preventing deformation of the rod (changed from "X torque" to "X45" as a universal trademark). ■ V-Joint Smooth turn of the node achieves ideal condition and power up. The unique bias structure of Daiwa is adopted in the joint part of the clause. Achieves smooth bending at the mating part, improving power response and sensitivity. ■ Safety Hook Type Meta-Karaman The sensitivity is greatly improved by connecting the device directly to the tip. Since the part to which the device is attached rotates, it prevents yarn twist and yarn entanglement. ■ New tactile grip Not slippery when wet, and grips with a high hold special paint. ■ Prevents knots during bites A slight protrusion (deformed part) is formed on the upper inner surface of the lower section, and a strong contact portion is formed to prevent a node drop that occurs during actual fishing. In addition, the air layer due to the irregular shape prevents sticking problems. ■ Anti-stick ring A structure in which grooves (rings) are cut to create an air layer at the joint to prevent sticking, while changing the width and number depending on the thickness of the joints.
