Soutenbo regular dry sake has a sake meter value +10 which is a very dry sake and it pursues an inner flavor. At room temperature, you can feel the softness and clean flavor which is characteristic of "Soutenbo" but it will make you feel refreshed when you enjoy it cold.

Product name: (Japanese sake) Kawatoshi brewery Normal sake Very Dry Sotenbou 1800 ml Origin: Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture Characteristics of production area: The water ingredient of "Sotenbou" is the pump water of Nishiyama mountain which has a faint sweetness when contained in the mouth. Raw ingredient used for preparing Sotenbou is mainly the rice "Takamine Nishiki" harvested in local Nagaoka Mishima paddy fields. Takamine Nishiki was used extensively as rice which is important for ginjo making in Niigata, and contributed greatly to the establishment of advanced brewing technology in Niigata. Although it was in the 3rd best farm area in the Showa 40s, because of the old varieties corresponding to the product of the "Kame no o", it gradually disappeared due to the spread of new varieties corresponding to the scientific agriculture law. Now it is only used in some warehouses we know. In the case of this collection, the "Takamine Nishiki" and "Echigoryu" brewing techniques are handed down by the warehouse.
