After the demarcation, fermentation, storing in a very low temperature, and after having it ripe and mature comes a highly refined Junmai Daiginjo Sake. A design taken from the Ming Dynasty, era of China has magnificently done in a decanter bottle. It has a vanilla fragrant that spreads the sweetness and its elegance that it says it's the biggest feature for fourteenth generations. Marked with struggles of making yet its sweetness prevails.

Product name: Juyondai Ryuusen Junmai Daiginjo (720ml) Production area: Characteristics of production area: The heavy snow due to the Japan Sea climate produces excellent groundwater, and it is utilized for good sake brewing. The severe cold in Yamagata Prefecture is best for Ginjo making because it controls the reproduction of bacteria and is suitable for low-temperature long-term fermentation. As a result of studying yeast diversely, "Yamagata yeast" and "Fresh yeast" are born. Taste: Gentle sweetness that seems to swell. It's sweet, but it's sharp. History: Founded in Genna 1 (1615) Name of brewery: Takagi Shuzo Co., Ltd. Features: When Tanrei Karakuchi sake was sweeping the market, 'Juyondai' brewed a drink with a delicious and dense flavor, which is distinctive from such liquor. Hyogo Prefecture, Toku-A District, Yamada Nishiki was used and polished to 35%, limiting low temperature fermentation. It is a Junmai Daiginjo that is further matured in an ice storage.
