Description of Joukigen Junmai Ginjo Rice Label 1.8L

It has a designated name Junmai Ginjo Ushu of Toyoma Prefecture. Its raw ingredients are Oyama Nishiki rice and koji (malt) with 55% rice polished away. It is a brewed Junmai Ginjo sake that has a percentage of more than 16% but less than 17% and manufactured by Sakata Brewery of Yamagata Prefecture of a popular Mei Brewery. It is very popular even in restaurants! Its rice ingredient is produced by JA Minanto San with 55% rice polished away from Toyama Prefecture. It has a good aroma and a rich taste which you will not get tired of drinking. It's delicious!

Product Name: Jyouki Junmai Ginjo Mai Label 1.8L Origin: Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture Characteristics of the production area: The greatest feature of this warehouse is that it uses diffrent rice varieties. In addition to the local Yamagata varieties of "Miyama Nishiki", "Dewa San San", and "Yamagata Sake No. 4", "Yamada Nishiki", "Gohyakumangoku", "Omachi", "Tama Sakae", "Koi-Omachi", and "Yumenishiki" are also used. "Ginjo" and "Junmai Ginjo" are their mainstay with a very high rice polishing ratio of 53% on average. There are also various types of rice polishing ratios and yeast differences to used in each rice variety and almost every tank is different. Oyama Nishiki rice from Toyama Prefecture is used. Taste: Fruity aroma and rich taste Manufacturer's History: Founded Showa 21 (1946) Brewery: Sakata Shuzo Co., Ltd. Features: It is characterized by an eccentric label design reminiscent of the heart of the brewery. The balance of sweetness, clarity, richness, and sour taste of rice is exquisite, making it a quality liquor pleasing to those who drink alcohol. The rice is produced by JA Nanto and polished up to 55% (Oyama Nishiki from Toyama Prefecture) for an alcohol with moderately rich and mellow aroma. New sake rice varieties are bred in Toyama, like Oyama Nishiki for junmai ginjo. It has a gentle aroma like pears.
