PR point of goods: Rice ingredient: 100% rice produced from Aizu, Fukushima Prefecture Used water: Bandai Mountain Fukushima Prefecture Chief brewer: Fukushima Prefecture Aizu Brewer / Other sake produced in Fukushima Prefecture are without additives. Alcoholic beverage: Aizu rice is polished up to 58%. This breverage made use of the taste of rice. Its mild aroma is derived from rice koji. It is compatible with fatty dishes (meat dishes, etc). Serve it chilled, but drinking at room temperature or lukewarm enhances the flavor of sake. Acidity is high. Sometimes bitterness is hardly felt when drank a little and you can feel it is slightly dry.
