Product Name: Kitayuki Daiginjo YK 35 Origin: Sado city, Niigata Prefecture Characteristics of the production area: The majestic and raging Great Sado Mountain Range and the Little Sado Mountain Range have gentle mountain ranges and sandy beaches. Soft natural water suitable for rice production springs out from the hilly land. Sado Island, which has a privileged climate and fosters high-quality water and rice, has exactly the right conditions in drinking. Together with contract farmers, the representatives of Niigata sake rice were cultivated. These are the Yoshigori and Gohyakumangoku. In addition, we formed a research group by calling local farmers. Because none will do it, Kitayuki will do. The brewery produces high-quality rice wine, which is refined to rice production, becoming exceptional Junmai daiginjo and daiginjo with both taste and aroma. Taste: rich aroma, delicate and deep flavor History: Meiji 5 (1872) Sake brand name: Kitayuki Sake brewery Delicious Sake Award at Wineglass 2014 Dai Ginju Division Awards Best Gold Award
