Product name: (Japanese sake) Tedorigawa Daiginjo Meiryu 720 box Origin: Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture Characteristics of production area: Sake making is only possible with rice, water, microorganisms. In order to keep delicious sake brewing, we cooperate with farmers who protect local nature and provide high quality rice. The outer surface of brown rice is scraped off. Protein, fat, minerals, and vitamins are abundant in the outer surface part, which deteriorates alcohol quality, so the purpose is to reduce these ingredients. The rice milling ratio is the ratio of the weight of brown rice except for sugar to the weight of brown rice, and Daiginjo is less than 50% for polishing rice, less than 60% for Ginjo, and less than 70% for Hon jozou. This uses Yamada Nishiki. Taste: Dry History: founded in Meiji 3 (1870) Sake brewery: Yoshida Brewery Co., Ltd. Characteristics: Among the Tedorigawa Masamune, the most fragrant Daiginjo is this Kono Daiginjo. Before drinking, chill the sake first for 10 to 15 degree celcius and enjoy. When it is too cold, the deep Ginjo taste is slightly felt so you'll feel a bitter taste. It used Yamada Nishiki for both koji and kake rice. Daiginjo is aged over half a year at low temperature. It has very delicate and mellow taste All liquor of Tetoragawa is handmade. This Daiginjo Meiryu is made with small stock of 750 kg total rice. It is matured for over half a year at low temperature, centering on the most abundant and lightly abstracted part of the taste. If you do a good storage without opening, you can enjoy the taste with further increased depth. Suitable food: Yakitori, Fried chicken
