The "Keiryu Asashibori Shuppin Tyozou Shu" is a limited liquor and it's the worlds third to shine in the liquor exhibition with the same brewing and preservation. It is a popular Sake that brings out the original taste, sweetness and sourness at its best. "Asa Shibori Shuppin Tyozou Shu" is a fermented Moromi (Sake made from soy sauce) from the famous "Keiryuu Asa Shibori" stored for 3 days at a low temperature, have added the alcohol level to 20%, refined and bottled it simultaneously in the morning and stored in a cool place. Don't be surprised as it is normally wrapped in a newspaper to keep it light and to maintain its temperature in the storage. It is the traditional style in a rural areas where Sake is wrapped in a local newspaper and it is a popular gift in Shinshu as well.

Product name: Asa shibori Exhibition Storage Liquor (900 ml) Origin: Suzaka, Nagano Prefecture Characteristics of the production area: The place of the Yamashiba in Shinshu Suzaka is abundant with greenery and rich in water. The Endo Sake Brewery is a small collection warehouse, where the cashier put out original goods one after the other. Stock representative of this warehouse are "keiryu", " asa shibori", "do muroku". Frozen in the harsh cold, sake brewing began and in spring, plants sprout at once, which gives a deep umami taste because it is aged. This refined sake is brewed in Fu Nakaguchi, for six months/ ten months and ice fermented. Every taste of alcohol is reminiscent of Shinshu's four seasons. The brewery made a liquor that has a firm taste, the sweet and sourness of koji which spreads in the mouth, and smooth on the throat. The rice used is domestically produced.
