Product Name: Minotengu Hanatakadaka Daiginjo 1. 8 L Origin: Kani City, Gifu Prefecture Characteristics of the production area: All the manufacturing, filtration, and formulation are handled by the chief sake brewer, and both the rice and water are sourced locally in Kani City. All the rice used are cultivated locally and polished and washed by hand. The subterranean water of the Kukuri River is subjected to special filtration and is used for brewing. The alcohol is made carefully in such a way so the rich yet soft flavor of rice can be felt. Experience the ultimate local Japanese culuture by tasting sake made with all locally-sourced raw materials. Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture is used. Taste: Fruity aroma and elegant and clean taste Manufacturer's History: Founded 1874 Brewery: Hayashi Shuzo Co., Ltd. Features: This daiginjo uses Yamada Nishiki rice polished up to 35% and alcohol that is adjusted to achieve a harmonious balance.
